After more than 30 years working in human development, education, and leadership, one thing has become clear to me…

Most of our challenges whether at work or at home aren’t really about other people.
They’re about how little we’ve been taught to understand ourselves.

So often, we move through life repeating the same patterns, trying to communicate, trying to connect yet somehow missing each other.

Not because we don’t care, but because we’re using a language we were never taught to translate.

My work is about slowing that down. About making sense of why we do what we do, and why others do the same so that understanding can replace frustration, and connection can replace assumption.

What I Do

Using The LifePrint Operating System(LPOS) a framework that reveals how we’re naturally wired to think, feel, and act; it’s a practical way to see the patterns behind behaviour and communication and to turn that insight into better relationships, stronger teams, and more meaningful work.

Background

​

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Science (Industrial & Labour Studies) and have spent three decades designing and facilitating development programmes for both private and public organisations in South Africa and abroad.

​

Through all of it, my focus has stayed the same, helping people find meaning in their work, depth in their relationships, and a clearer sense of who they are becoming.
